Strategic Healing: Understanding your Social Justice Journey

This training engages participants to learn more about social justice as it relates to their lived realities and provokes participants to critically think about their own relationship with social justice moving forward.

Anchor Story: Building your Social Justice Narrative

The personal is political and for this reason, the process of one's social justice journey is tied to one's multiple stories.  This training assists participants to begin to develop their anchor story (re: social justice narrative) in order to use as a tool to rejuvenate and serve as one's guiding during the fight for social justice.

Looking Inward: Implicit Bias & Micro-Aggressions

Through our interpersonal interactions, we can still cause harm to others unintentionally. In this training, participants will look inward to explore their own biases and how their circle of influence could contribute to their biases. A toolkit is provided to participants to help them work towards consistently changing their biases.

Practicing Purposeful Allyship

Being an ally is to be action-oriented. This training focuses on a social justice approach- awareness, navigation, commitment- towards purposeful allyship, teaching participants to be conscious in creating an action-oriented allyship pathway to support their peers and loved ones.
